Summer is Over and the House is Done!

The summer is over, I have moved into my house (mostly out of the boxes) and am currently in denial about my 3 acres of weeds. They are actually quite beautiful this time of year...yellow, purple and white flowers everywhere.

After being gently reminded (mercilessly nagged) by some of you, here are some updated pictures. I will include the upstairs pics with furniture after I clean!

Audrey Turns Two!

Little Miss Monkey turned two this week! Happy Birthday!

Chapter 2 Family Picnic!

Steve bravely hosted us for our family picnic! We got to meet several new people this weekend: Tonya and Haley from Indiana, Sondra, Rachel and Jonah from Indiana and Ian and three of his children from the Toledo area! Hooray!

Trim Painted, Paint Cut In and Counter Tops Installed!

Hooray! The trim is painted, the paint color is cut in (look at the color around all the windows and doors) and the counter tops are installed!!! Hooray!

Upstairs living room. The whole upstairs is this orangy-peach color. It is darker than I wanted at first but the first color was masking tape beige - YUCK! The painter redid them...I feel so brave! :)Upstairs full bath.
