I also got to spend the weekend with my friend Karen and her family. I tried to wrestle her 2 year old, Rachel, into a picture but she was a little squirmy!

Two Floors! I Have Two Floors!!

I have two whole floors now and the whole house will be done by Monday!! Hooray!!! Hooray!!! The upstairs was completed but I couldn't go up there--no stairs. I thought they may frown upon me dragging out their ladders and climbing up the house! I considered it though. :) The only down side was the shoe-sucking mud I had to traipse through! :)

I HAVE A (part of a) HOUSE!!!!!

Hooray!!! At long last I actually have some walls!! Hooray!!! I was able to walk around and feel the space. There are still walls (and the entire upstairs) missing but in less than a week I should have a whole house!! Now I am sooooo excited!!!!

The Big Dig Begins!

At long last, through the snow and sub-zero temperatures, the dig has finally begun on my home! Hooray!!! The forms are in, walls are poured! They even moved my one, lonely little tree so that he wouldn't be smashed to smithereens!

New Tattoo!!!

Hooray! I just got back from New Zealand and I got my tattoo when I was there!! Here is a picture of it...

Happy New Year!

Christmas was a success! The weather remained lovely and I got the opportunity to visit my families in different states and also several friends. It was a well needed break. Justin also managed to turn 15...which is frightening close to 16!
